He will show that different interpretations exist for these rules. He will also show a relative value analysis between a local grid-tie system (New Mexico/PNM territory) and the same system in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Ontario. Mike LaVine is the owner/contractor of All Star Electric Company. Erik Hawkes is an independent analyst working for All Star Electric Company. He holds a BS degree in Finance from the University of Florida and is an expert financial market forecaster.
